Sandusky Speedway got a jump on the field this week, announcing their 2013 schedule for fans and drivers alike.
The track’s season is kicking off on May 4th with the Buckeye Super Sprints and features 17 weeks of racing among 10 divisions. Other touring series making a visit include the International Supermodified Association (ISMA), Main Event Racing Series Late Models, MSA Supermodifieds, AVSS 410 Sprints, VROA Modifieds, and Top Speed Modifieds. This is in addition to weekly modified, street stock, and hobby stock divisions based at Sandusky.
Four major event weekends dot the 2013 schedule.:
- May 25th and 26th feature the first annual Modified Challenge at Lorain County Speedway and Sandusky, respectively.
- July 25th through 27th brings fan appreciation night and a pair of races from ISMA.
- September 27th through 29th is Sandusky’s Cavalcade. Look for seven divisions of racing throughout the weekend.
- October 12th and 13th is Main Event XXVI Championship weekend.
